Let's not forget the folly of the system in all cases.  There have been a number of drug dealers and "suppliers" charged and convicted after selling or giving drugs to people who subsequently overdosed and died. Doesn't take away the frivolity of this suit, but the precedent has been set.

this is the biggest croc of shit story i have ever heard. they made the decision to drink the alcohol. a/b didnt put a gun to their head and force them to drink it. they chose to. these people are just trying to pull off a get rich quick scheme. so they can go and buy more alcohol and end up back in prison. alcoholism is an illness. do your homework and read up on it. research on google the drs. oppinion about alcoholism. they are the problem. not a/b or any other brewery or distillery. it will tell you in detail how alcohol affects certain people. stop blaming others for your actions. you are the problem. not anheiser busch or any brewery. you wanna know what the problem is, LOOK IN THE MIRROR!!!!!!!!

This is the most frivilous crock-of-shit lawsuit ever filed. What's next, suing GOOGLE because some nut case  purchased a  hammer on GOOGLE and and then used it to beath his grandmother to death? (really happened.) The  convict gold-diggers who filed the suit know full well the problems that alcohol can cause in some people.  Alcohol as a gateway drug? - you gotta be kidding.This is not only a blatant money grab but a case that will drag on in court for god knows how long, and at a cost of millions.  Hopefully the judge who gets this case will dismiss it as frivilous and without merit.
