Evidently politicians can't take a joke... pathetic.
I don't understand how the media in this town (present company excepted, of course) can be so totally owned by the Slay campaign? I didn't see word one about this in the Post Dispatch and it seems to me that our daily newspaper selects comments and commenters to ban from it's site for saying anything negative about Slay. I've commented on a number of Slay's missteps (no name calling, no foul language) and every one of them is deleted within minutes. I wonder if the folks at Lee Enterprises know just how totally owned that newspaper is by an elected official? As far as the YouTube video goes, I'm just sorry I missed it. I never voted for the shadow government that has been running this City for 12 years. I never saw Rainford's name on the ballot, I have no idea how the Post can not report the fact that the Mayor we've had for the past 12 years does absolutely no mayoring or does nothing beyond kissing babies and throwing snowballs. Slay's detachment has become so common that the media doesn't even bother asking him questions anymore, they just go right to Mayor Rainford.
City Hall communications director must be the best gig around. All you have to do is retweet Rainford.
