Moo Cow: Wanted Homicide Suspect on Missouri, Illinois Billboards Found...in Nebraska

That's right, the local homicide suspect with one of the strangest nicknames to be plastered on Missouri and Illinois billboards -- managed to make it to Nebraska before authorities nabbed him.
That means Moo Cow is going back to jail. Which probably means, much to our dismay, no more billboards seeking tips on the "armed and dangerous" fugitive with the unforgettable moniker we can only imagine has its origins in some sort of farm-animal baby talk.
As we reported last month, 24-year-old John L. Harris, also known as Moo Cow, was wanted in the homicide of Sanchez Garner of Cahokia. Moo Cow had allegedly made statements that led authorities to believe he would not be arrested peacefully and officials with the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis -- which put up the infamous billboards -- said at the time that he was armed and dangerous.
But Moo Cow, who is from the Parkfield Terrace neighborhood of St. Clair County, was arrested last week after authorities received a tip on his whereabouts out of state, the Post-Dispatch reports.
Authorities apparently set up a surveillance operation and marshals took him into custody from an apartment where Moo Cow was staying. He initially told authorities he wasn't Moo Cow, but a companion confirmed that he was.
