Once a loading dock for cargo traveling the Cotton Belt rail line that linked Arkansas and Texas, the ground floor today is marked by exploded paintballs, layers of graffiti and broken glass.

A better plan would be to round up all of the useless 'taggers', lock them inside and implode the structure. Televise on pay per view for those of us who want to see the world become a better place.

Why would the project only go to one particular local Artist? it should be done by a group of local artist's. I hope they don't choose Peat Wollaeger. No disrepsect, he's well known, but he'll just put a bunch of eyeballs all over it like he did in the Loop.
