We ran into a local rap group on the roof, Souls of Liberty. They were taking advantage of the setting to shoot a new music video, and two of the band members were nice enough to let us photograph them.

A better plan would be to round up all of the useless 'taggers', lock them inside and implode the structure. Televise on pay per view for those of us who want to see the world become a better place.

Why would the project only go to one particular local Artist? it should be done by a group of local artist's. I hope they don't choose Peat Wollaeger. No disrepsect, he's well known, but he'll just put a bunch of eyeballs all over it like he did in the Loop.
