Jasoom Mexican Revolutionary Restaurant & Cantina has closed. The tiny South Grand eatery opened in 2005 as, simply, Jasoom, serving comfort food. Last year owners Chris Fletcher and Jeff Lund changed to a Mexican menu. Meanwhile, last week the Grove neighborhood welcomed the diner After (4146 Manchester Ave, 314-652-4800) to its growing selection of bars and restaurants. After is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which in itself makes it more "authentic" than most diners in town.
