Tonight the Missouri History Museum hosts a free lecture on the history and science of beer by Tom Schlafly and Anheuser-Busch brewmaster Michael Amad. The lecture begins at 7 p.m. in the Lee Auditorium. For more information, check out the museum's Web site.
