My colleague Paul Friswold sent me a link to this Web site, where eager young scientists (?) microwave all sorts of things that should not be microwaved and film the carnage.
We used to microwave those AOL CD-ROMs that came in the mail once a week. Very cool -- though the stench of burnt Internet access takes a while to clear.
