Restaurant Construction Updates
As promised, today will be more exciting than yesterday. Here's a look at a couple of restaurants slated to open in the Loft District in the next few months.
Work continues on Fifteen (pictured at right), the steak house and lounge that Jim Edmonds and partner Mark Winfield are opening at 1900 Locust Avenue.
According to the poster "fifteen" on this Urban St. Louis thread, construction should finish on September 1, with the first event scheduled for two weeks later.

At right is the Adler Frame Lofts building (2035 Washington Avenue). Deb Peterson at the Post-Dispatch reported in February that former Busch's Grove executive chef Todd Weisz would be helming a restaurant here. Peterson's item mentioned a September opening, which seems unlikely based on the current state of construction. In fact, it's had to say where, exactly, the restaurant will be located. The one-story structure at the right of the development, perhaps? I'll let you know what I learn.
