A fire at Copia Urban Winery (1122 Washington Avenue) seriously damaged the restaurant and forced the evacuation of nearby loft apartments, reports KMOX. More details as I learn them.
UPDATE: Investigators have determined it was arson, reports the Post-Dispatch.
