Look for Veruca, the new bakeshop and café from Niche pastry chef Matthew Rice, to open on Monday or Tuesday of next week. Veruca is located right next door to Niche's 1831 Sidney Street address.
Full Disclosure: Matthew Rice made the cake for my wedding. My wife and I paid full price. I don't think he knew it was for me until after the transaction was complete.
