Restaurant Tidbits: Sleek & The Burger Bar

So I heard a radio commercial the other day announcing that the grand opening of the casino at Lumiere Place would be Wednesday, December 19. Which led me to wonder when the first two restaurants -- the steak house Sleek and the Burger Bar, both from Hubert Keller -- would open. The Lumiere Place Web site lists phone numbers for each restaurant; both went to recordings. The Sleek recording projects a mid-January opening, while the Burger Bar recording claims a December 19 opening. I'll let you know more as I learn it.
