As at most sushi restaurants, you also get a slip of paper with the sushi menu and a pencil to mark your selections. These are fairly standard: nigiri sushi, sashimi and Americanized sushi rolls including the St. Louis, the Philadelphia and even the Houston.

This week I return to Lumière Place to visit Asia, which features Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Check back here tomorrow to see what I think.
