Another closing I missed during Gut Check's hibernation:
Sofia Bistro (7401 Pershing Avenue) has shut its doors. The sign on the front door suggests this might not be the end, though. It says the owners will post news of a new locaton "in the various papers."
I'll let you know what develops, both with Sofia Bistro and that Pershing Avenue location, which is a lovely little neighborhood spot.
