St. Louis Native Wins Johnson & Wales High School Chef of the Year

Johnson & Wales has named 18-year-old Parkway Central student Brett Eisen its national high school chef of the year. The Post-Dispatch has the details here. My counterpart at the Post-Dispatch, Joe Bonwich, wrote a profile of Eisen earlier this month.
