Poll: Which Cheesesteak Cheese Do You Prefer?

Call me a cheese snob if you like, but I find Provel, Cheez Whiz and American cheeses unpleasant.
I would also use the word "gross" but it seemed odd to have the word snob and gross in the same sentence.
