A Sweet Reminder: Free Slurpees Until 7 p.m.

I'm going to avoid boring you with details about how the economy is in the dumps, food prices are rising and even the safety of tomatoes is being put into question. You already know that. What you may not know (or remember) is that today you can get something cold after work (no, not a beer) for free.
It's Free Slurpee Day (until 7 p.m. at least) across the nation. At 7-Eleven convenience stores (Today is 7/11/08), you can get your hands on a traditional or timely flavored treat. I opted for the "Radiation Rush," inspired by the Incredible Hulk movie.
