Opening Next Month: Cafe Ventana

Café Ventana will open at 3919 West Pine Boulevard on Thursday, August 21, according to the new restaurant's Web site. The menu features breakfast soufflés and paninis as well as a lunch and dinner menu of soups, salads and sandwiches. Maybe most exciting of all, Café Ventana will offer beignets.
