Gut Check recommends three ways you won't go hungry this weekend.
1. The Schlafly Tap Room (2100 Locust Street) hosts Belgian Beer & Mussel Mania today and tomorrow from 5 p.m.-Midnight. Mussels, Belgian-style beers, live music and (I'm sure) much discussion of Anheuser-Busch's new Belgian masters. More info here.

2. Sunday is National Ice Cream Day. You can start celebrating Saturday when the Missouri History Museum offers storytelling, live music and -- of course -- ice cream. More details here.
3. Then, Sunday, just sit back, relax and enjoy a cone or bowl of your favorite ice cream.
