"Where the hell is Effingham?"

It was the beginning of the year. I was at my desk, thumbing through the latest issue of Bon Appétit. The magazine had ranked the nation's most eco-friendly restaurants, and scoring the no. 2 position was Firefly Grill in Effingham, Illinois.

This week I take a road trip to Effingham, Illinois, home to the intriguing Firefly Grill. Check back here tomorrow to see what I think.

Best restaurant in Midwest! They even have their own garden adjacent to the restaurant where they grow their own vegies. I stop in every time that I'm through Effingham.
