Dogtown's Sugaree Bakery Company (1242 Tamm Avenue) is opening its first retail venture, selling pies to the public 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Fri.-Sat. A 6-inch pie is $5, a 10-inch $15. Call 314-645-5496 for more info.
At his St. Louis rally, Senator Barack Obama expressed his love of pie (and Pi), naming his two favorite varities as sweet-potato and pecan -- both of which are available at Sugaree! Will the senator stop by on his way to Mizzou tomorrow? Could he be talked into a Pi-pie double visit?
