FoodWire: New Year's Eve at Big Sky Café
Big Sky Café (47 South Old Orchard Avenue) is hosting a three-course prix-fixe dinner on New Year's Eve. (The regular menu is available, too.) Grilled Rib Eye (10 oz) w/ cognac-green peppercorn demi-glace and goat cheese mashed potatoes
Wild Grouper poached in saffron-tomato broth w/ fingerling potatoes and asparagus
Grilled Veal Chop w/ rich herb au jus over roasted mushroom risotto
