President-elect Obama handles himself very well here, declaring from the outset that you can't judge this sort of joint by the same standards that you would a fine-diningrestaurant. He offers practical tips -- don't fill up on the corn cakes! -- and also recommends the peach cobbler. Not much more you could do with only a minute to speak and fellow panelists. If this whole leader of the free world thing doesn't pan out, Obama should definitely consider a future as a restaurant critic.
I, on the other hand, am already planning my 2016 run for the White House.
