FoodWire: St. Louis Cellars Opening Café

foodwire1.JPGMaplewood wine shop St. Louis Cellars (2640 South Big Boulevard) today announced it will open St. Louis Cellars Food & Wine, a café. Greg Maggi, most recently of Robust (Web site; my review), is working on the menu. From the St. Louis Cellars blog:
Saint Louis Cellars Food & Wine will feature chef inspired "To-Go" cuisine, box lunches, corporate catering, gift baskets, café-style tables, cooking classes and demonstrations, wines by the glass, a wine bar for private events, and unique wine dinners as well as large and intimate private parties.
Look for St. Louis Cellars Food & Wine to open this spring adjacent to the wine shop. And be sure to check out Feast, where George Mahe broke the news of chef Maggi's involvement...to the owner of Robust.
