I love it when someone who has no knowledge of oysters tries to demonstrate how to shuck one. If done properly there is no mud or grit pushed in to the oyster. so you don't have to roll it over to hide it which the customer then eats ruining the whole experience when you have to clean mud and shell from your mouth.
