It's Oyster Day at Gut Check

You might be aware that this Saturday is Valentine's Day. In honor of the occasion, Gut Check International Headquarters has declared today Oyster Day. Yes, oysters, the aphrodisiac that looks like snot.

First up in the day's festivities is the feature story from this week's issue. Written by Robb Walsh, the fantastic food critic from our sister paper in Houston, it tells you everything you could want to know about the state of oysters in the country today. A must-read.
