Bravo! Cucina Italiana, the first St. Louis-area location of a national chain from the same folks who brought us Brio Tuscan Grill, is slated to open today at West County Shopping Center. The Bravo! menu is marginally shorter than War and Peace and features lots of wood-grilled items. The restaurant's regular hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sun.-Thu. and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Fri.-Sat.
Bravo! -- I imagine dancers doing jazz hands as they say the name -- is located right by the new McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant. Fun game: Put your name on the list at both restaurants and see who seats you first.
