FoodWire: Eric Brenner Extends Reach to Bootheel

I don't know if this counts as destination dining, but it's certainly interesting, demonstrating the reach of Eric Brenner's restaurant-consulting skills. Brenner, the owner and chef of Moxy (4584 Laclede Avenue; Web site) has helped develop a new restaurant at Lady Lucky Casino, the Isle of Capri property way the heck down in Caruthersville.Otis & Henry's Bar and Grill, described in Brenner's press release as a "casual full-service restaurant" opens tomorrow at 6 p.m. There is also a carryout joint called O&H Express. In his press release, Brenner adds the following:
Although these food outlets are a bit removed from St. Louis, the fact that the influence of our city is reaching new territories through this exciting project is something I hope to share with all of you who have supported me throughout the years.
