The Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Founders just became available in St. Louis. (See my feature story on the area's craft-beer scene for the details.) I've only had the Red's Rye P.A. so far and thought it was very, very good.
View the menu after the jump.
First:
Steamed mussels, fennel, aioli and toast
Centennial IPA
Second:
Pickled red beets, sprouts, Maytag blue cheese and candied pecans
Red's Rye PA
Third:
Prairie Grass Farm lamb burger with toasted brioche, pickled red onions, housemade grain mustard and Claverach Farms micro greens
Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale
Fourth:
Flourless chocolate cake with toasted almonds and local cherries
Old Curmudgeon Ale
