Playboy has posted its picks for the top ten barbecue joints in America, and 17th Street Bar & Grill makes the cut. Here is some of what Sean McCusker writes about 17th Street and owner Mike Mills:Two years ago, Bon Appétit magazine declared Mills' ribs the best in the nation. Also that summer, I reviewed 17th Street's new O'Fallon, Illinois, location.Known throughout the barbecue world as "The Legend," Mike Mills is the Muhammad Ali of ribs. He's taken on all comers, kicking asses and ultimately winning the title of Grand World Champion crown at the annual Memphis In May Barbecue Cooking Contest a record three times, laying the groundwork for a barbecue empire.
