I was on vacation last week, but that didn't slow the restaurant news. Here are a few of the tidbits I (and maybe you) missed:- My colleague Annie Zaleski reported that Stella Blues Restaurant & Bar (3269 Morganford Road) has closed.
- Sauce files on the opening of the new Red Kitchen and Bar in the Hyatt Regency St. Louis Riverfront (315 Chestnut Street).
- At Feast, George Mahe reports on the opening of Chouteau's @ 39th, which takes over the former Revival (and prior to that, of course, King Louie's) space at 3800 Chouteau Avenue.
