One more update on Asian Kitchen, the restaurant that has replaced RFT favorite In Soo at 8423 Olive Boulevard. When I drove past two weeks ago, a worker was repainting the restaurant's awning with its new name. Driving by today, I saw that "Korean Cuisine" had been painted on the awning. Of course, In Soo had Korean dishes as well as Chinese fare, so even with a new name, the ghost of the old place might linger...
