​Look: You don't have to listen to me. Just visit our friend Mike at STL Hops and read his post -- and the comments -- about Schlafly's knockout American IPA. It's still available at Schlafly Tap Room (2100 Locust Street; website), and it's worth going out of your way to try before it's gone. Just a fantastic beer, with a complex floral, citric aroma and flavor.
