July was a quiet month at Gut Check International Headquarters as St. Louis turned its attention to a certain Midsummer Classic. We did offer dining recommendations to our out-of-town guests -- and, for those who took a shine to St. Louis cuisine, tips on how to bring the magic (or the Ted Drewes, at least) home.
