Riverfront Times Best New Restaurant 2009 Local Harvest Cafe & Catering (3137 Morganford Road; website) is hosting two events on Monday, December 14. First, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., the restaurant will hold "Pay What You Can Day." Enjoy a sandwich or salad with coffee or iced tea for whatever you can afford to pay. The restaurant describes the event as "a way to make healthy food viable for any St. Louis resident."That evening, Local Harvest will host its second "Big Night" Italian dinner.
