How about some Euclidean geometry? San Francisco-style pizzeria Pi debuts at 400 North Euclid Avenue at 5 p.m. today, December 15. This is the popular, Obama-approved eatery's third location, following the original Delmar Loop restaurant and the Kirkwood spot, which opened only a few months ago. The new Pi will be open from 5 p.m.-midnight Monday through Saturday and 5-11 p.m. Sunday.Evan Benn of the Post-Dispatch stopped by the soft opening this past weekend and files a report with much more detail on the interior and new menu offerings, which include desserts from former Niche pastry chef Mathew Rice.
