Presenting the Mobius Strip Bagel

George Hart, a mathematics professor and artist, has figured out a way to get maximum cream-cheese surface area on a bagel: the Mobius Slice!

If done correctly, you will end up with two congruent bagel halves which, in Hart's words, "pass through each other's holes, like two links of a chain."
