FoodWire: Ugly Sweater Party, Trivia at Newstead Tower Public House

Man, if ugly sweaters were as hip in the mid-1990s as they are now, I might have gotten a date in high school.At any rate, Newstead Tower Public House (4353 Manchester Avenue; website) will host its second annual Ugly Holiday Sweater Trivia night on Thursday, December 17, at 8 p.m. Ugliest holiday sweater wins a prize, of course.
Newstead will also host its "Tenacious Trivia" night on Saturday, December 19. That trivia night will feature an improv component, which I can only begin to imagine. Call 314-535-7771 for reservations (six or more) or more info.
