Bill Cardwell Represents St. Louis Rams at Super Bowl XLIV "Taste of the NFL"

​It might be a long time before the St. Louis Rams return to the Super Bowl. (If we're lucky, they'll still be the St. Louis Rams when they do.) But St. Louis will have a presence during the Super Bowl XLIV festivities: Chef Bill Cardwell of Cardwell's at the Plaza and BC's Kitchen will represent the St. Louis Rams at the nineteenth annual Taste of the NFL event on Saturday, February 6.

Proceeds from the Taste of the NFL event benefit hunger-relief efforts nationwide. According to the NFL, since its inception in 1992, the event has raised over $9 million. On the off chance that you're headed to Miami to see the Colts battle the Saints, tickets for the Saturday evening will run you $500 (or $600 for special VIP access).
