#93: Bavarian Chips with Welsh Rarebit at Dressel's

These chips are browned on the outside but with enough chew to be identified as a potato rather than one more crisp dipping vehicle. The only downside? You'll likely run out of rarebit before you run out of chips. That, my friends, is a true nightmare.
