Want to See Draft Beer Available "To Go"? Call Your State Rep!

• It's a shame that the RFT has apparently fallen upon such hard times that it can no longer hire a real photographer, or at least buy a decent stock photo from somewhere--and its editors (assuming that they DO edit) don't even recognize what real beer looks like, so they can't effectively do their jobs! Let's see: 1.The beer growler is not even a beer growler. No bar in St. Louis or anywhere I've ever been has beer growlers that are shaped like that. 2.The beer is not even beer. It has neither foam nor carbonation. It is totally flat! I agree with whomever thinks that what the girl is drinking is really just a cheap ol' jug of white wine. 3.WORST OF ALL, when you click upon the image credit under the photo, it links to a party where this pic was obviously taken, and at this party, there are obviously more than a few under-aged drinkers present. I'd almost think that you are nursing a grudge against Missouri's bars and restaurants, based upon this photo, rather than reporting news. You should really be ashamed of yourselves.

• Good article. Terrible choice of picture though. You don't see too many clear gallon growlers for beer. Looks like a jug of cheap wine to me.

• As a female craft beer enthusiast, I take offense not only at the poor choice of the accompanying photo for its inaccurate description of the article and cause it supports, but also for its inaccurate portrayal of women of craft beer. How more gauche can it be?

• While I realize you're trying to be funny, I don't think having that picture is a very good way to support this cause. This law is not going to cause people to chug piss beer like Bud Select.
