No foolin': a mac & cheese restaurant in the Delmar Loop
​OK, folks: This one's for real. Photographic evidence and everything. A mac & cheese-centric restaurant called Cheese-ology Macaroni & Cheese is planning to open at 6602 Delmar Boulevard (the former St. Louis Pizza Haus location). Not much more info at the moment, though there is a Facebook page, which notes that the chef is Bill Courtney, who is aiming for a June opening. As this is a quick walk from Gut Check International Headquarters, you know I'll be all over further developments.
