Update: (Thursday, 4.1, 2:18 p.m.) Commenter Christian correctly identifies the "moldy mushroom cap" as a pupusa, the El Salvadoran specialty. But where did I eat it?
Update #2: (Thursday, 4.1, 3:30 p.m.) Fine work, friends. Commenter Steve O. correctly identified the restaurant as Tres Banderas, which is located at 15939 Manchester Road in Ellisville. The pupusa might be unlovely to look at, but it is damn tasty.
