The email also included a scan of the menu, which features pizza cooked in a wood-burning oven, salads and a couple of appetizers. Pizzas include a classic Margherita, the "Bianca" (roasted garlic, ricotta, mozzarella and shaved Parmigiano) and the "Tivoli" (tomato, chicken, artichoke hearts, red pepper).
