Pickleman's Gourmet Café Coming to Midtown

​Pickleman's Gourmet Café is slated to open later this month at 3722 Laclede Avenue in Midtown. This will be the first St. Louis location for Pickleman's, which has two locations in Columbia, Missouri, and another in Springfield, Missouri. The fast-casual restaurant serves sandwiches and thin-crust pizzas as well as salad, soups and desserts.(You can view the menu on the Pickleman's website.)

Brandon Holzhueter and Brad Merten will own the St. Louis franchise. Merten is a former GM of one of the Columbia locations; the two met as students at Parkway West Middle School.
