Here is an amazing detail that I inexplicably forgot to mention in my review: At the counter where you order your mac & cheese, there is a bowl containing individual (sealed!) dosages of Lactaid. Help yourself to one and then dig in.
* - Not being lactose intolerant myself, I have no idea whether you should, in fact, "never fear." Please use discretion.
