Miso on Meramec Bartender Mark Sandt Mixes...A Bacardi Torched Cherry Limeade!

Sometimes things just come together.
A few weeks back, Gut Check HQ received an electronic communication from one David Deming. He wanted to thank us for profiling his nephew, the Silver Ballroom's Justin Deming, and to suggest a couple of other bartenders for profile consideration. As fate would have it, his first suggestion was Tanner Scott, of the Double D lounge -- the very bartender we were going to feature that week!
Clearly this guy has good taste. (Either that or he's a stalker, and we're gonna give him the benefit of the doubt on that one. Good taste it is.)
So we followed Deming down the stairs at Miso on Meramec to visit Mark Sandt, who has been tending the basement bar at this Clayton sushi lounge since it opened nine years ago.
