The Ramsey Curse? A Second Reality TV Chef Commits Suicide

A second chef featured on Gordon Ramsey's shows has committed suicide. The New York Post reports that Joseph Cerniglia, owner/chef of Campania in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, jumped to his death from the George Washington Bridge. His restaurant appeared on the first season of the U.S. version of "Kitchen Nightmares", and has remained successful. In 2007 Rachel Brown, who competed a year earlier on "Hell's Kitchen", shot herself to death in Dallas.

Indianapolis rallies after a bakery refuses to make rainbow cupcakes for a college group's National Coming Out Day celebration. On Saturday Fox59 reported the incident, and followed up yesterday with news that everyone from local radio personalities to the mayor have thrown their support behind the group.

A new Skyy Vodka advertisement features a woman appearing to have sex with a giant vodka bottle. According to USA Today, one critic has referred to it as "porn-a-hal". The ad appears in the October issues of Cosmopolitan, Rolling Stone, and InStyle, with billboard versions causing potential traffic problems in New York, Chicago, Dallas, and Miami.

It's safe to assume no one humped the beverages during the tea party marking the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. The Guardian features video of the party, hosted in a deserted Tube station to honor veterans of the Blitz.
