The menu includes certified prime steaks as well as Missouri grassfed and American wagyu beef. Steak prices range from $22 for a wagyu skirt steak to $58 for a dry-aged, prime T-bone and $75 for a dry-aged, prime porterhouse (meant for two).
As you might expect, the rest of the menu is upscale, with appetizers that include a duo of foie gras and duck rillettes, sweetbreads with a truffle emulsion and even osetra caviar.
