Visit the RFT restaurant page late tomorrow afternoon or check back here Wednesday morning to see what I think.Blue Nile is very modest and very casual. The smiling person who invites you to have a seat is as likely to be one of the regular customers as the owner, who might be taking an order, helping in the kitchen or ringing up a sale in the market. Over the course of my visits, I think I saw most of these regulars as they sat eating or sipping coffee (from a coffee bar that appears to double as the restaurant's business office), chatting with one another or watching the satellite news from Ethiopia (lots of sun forecast for Addis Ababa).
